Welcome and Overview

Introduction

Welcome to the web site of the Twin Waters Residents’ Association.

Twin Waters, on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia, is a master planned community located on the northern side of the Maroochy River and close to the golden surfing beaches of the Sunshine Coast.  Twin Waters has approximately 1000 accommodation units, predominately residential houses but it also includes three separate apartment complexes, a retirement village, a shopping centre and the Twin Waters Golf Club and Novotel Twin Waters Resort, both of which are located nearby.

The community is proud of its friendly neighbourhood environment, gardens, picturesque lake and canals, numerous parks, walkways and landscaped streets.

The Twin Waters Residents' Association was established in 1997 and has grown as the community has developed to foster the interests of Twin Waters residents.  The TWRA is very active and currently around 300 families in Twin Waters are  members of the association.  All residents of Twin Waters, whether owners or tenants, are welcome and encouraged to join the TWRA.

This web site provides information about Twin Waters, the TWRA and matters of interest to residents of Twin Waters.  If you have any suggestions or comments you would like to make, please contact us.  We welcome your interest and use of this site.
